Mr. Black provides legal representation for landlords and tenants in Platte and Clay Counties, Missouri. This includes actions by tenants for breaches of lease, to include such breaches as failure to keep the leased premises in good repair and early terminations of leases. Mr. Black represents landlords in disputes with tenants regarding such problems as failure to pay rents when due and damage to the landlord’s property.

Mr. Black also assists landlords, commercial and residential, in preparation of written leases and techniques for tenant background checks prior to leasing.
