Mr. Black provides a full range of services in reviewing and writing contracts for a wide range of purposes, to include – construction, real estate sales, commercial and residential leases and sales of businesses or business assets.

Mr. Black also assists clients in contract enforcement, to include demands against the breaching party, negotiations if appropriate and civil litigation in Plate and Clay County courts where necessary. In the area of construction contracts, Mr. Black also files mechanics’ liens for contractors and subcontractors against the property where the work was accomplished.
